Cancellations

We appreciate that things arise and circumstances and situations change.  However, we do require minimum 48 hours notice of cancellation of a session.  If a cancellation is received within 48 hours of a set session time, then you will receive a credit towards another session at a time that suits you.

We realise that emergencies happen.  In the event of an emergency that requires you to cancel your session within 48 hours of the set session time, please get in touch directly with Kate - kate@gumbootsbythesea.com

 

Refunds

 

Sessions: Whilst the outcome of any session with Kate may differ to your expectations or hopes, Kate stands by her work with you, and trusts that the session content is 100% soul led and is whats needed by you in that moment and session.

As a result, we do not generally offer refunds for any session or service provided.

Products: We ensure all products are packaged to you to be received in excellent condition. In the unlikely  event a product is received damaged, Kate will replace your product or provide GBTS credit. Please ensure you have contacted Kate with any product issues within 7 days.
